This mural has been painted on the old Sarm West studio building in Notting Hill, London, which is being redeveloped. Bob Marley stayed in the flat above the studios while recording and Pet Shop Boys used the studios regularly from “Suburbia” to “Fundamental”.

Pet Shop Boys have collaborated with electronic music legend Jean-Michel Jarre on a new song entitled “Brick England”. The song, a Jarre/Lowe/Tennant composition, will be released on Jarre’s new album of collaborations, “The Heart Of Noise”, on May 6th. Other artists collaborating with Jarre on the album include The Orb, Yello, Primal Scream, Gary Numan, Julia Holter, Hans Zimmer, Peaches and Sebastien Tellier. The album is available for pre-ordering now.
Coming to cinemas very soon is the acclaimed Chinese film, “Mountains May Depart”, which features a striking soundtrack use of Pet Shop Boys’ “Go West” in its opening and closing scenes. Watch the trailer at the link below.
