Copies of a free, exclusive 7‑inch vinyl single will be distributed at the Elysium album launch event at HAU1, Berlin, next Wednesday, September 5^th. Featuring two unreleased Andrew Dawson “HappySad” mixes of “Winner” with artwork by Farrow, only 1000 copies will be manufactured to be distributed at the event in Berlin and also to be won at www​.petshopboys​.co​.uk and www​.electronicbeats​.net from September 6^th. Just been given a finished copy of the Elysium CD after a day rehearsing new songs. It’s exciting to hold the finished product after all the work that’s gone into it. Tomorrow we’ll be signing 500 copies of the limited edition… And also tomorrow we’ll have some more tickets to be won here and on our Facebook page for the launch event in Berlin next week. “Elysium” gets a great 4‑star review in the new issue of “Mojo”, the UK’s best-selling music magazine: “Their most ambitiously intelligent album in almost two decades.”

Polly and Sophie Duniam acting glum this morning in Stavanger because the Pandemonium tour had its final performance last night at the Rått og Råde festival and they’ve been in it since the beginning. It was meant to finish two years ago but other dates kept being requested. We’re planning a new tour production which will begin (probably) in South America next February. Neil x
