From today’s Independent:
West End girls give festive touch
Department store Fortnum and Mason has unveiled its Christmas window decorations, with not a bauble in sight.
Paul Symes, creative director at the 300-year-old London store, said the display was inspired by the 1980s Pet Shop Boys video for “What Have I Done to Deserve This?”
He added: “We’ve been very careful to stay on the glamorous side and not stray into anything seedy.”
