Jon Savage’s new compilation “A Secret History of Second Wave Psychedelia 1988–1993” is released only on vinyl on April 27th on Caroline True Records. Alongside tracks by the Stone Roses, 808 State and Primal Scream, it also features everyone’s favourite PSB experimental track, “The sound of the atom splitting”. This track was inspired by a line in the Derek Jarman film, “The Last of England”, and created during a studio jam session with Chris, Neil, Trevor Horn and Steve Lipson.
