We are pleased to announce that ‘Musik’, the new cabaret show by Jonathan Harvey and Pet Shop Boys, will transfer to London for five performances after its run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The 60-minute, one-woman show in which award-winning actress Frances Barber reprises her ‘Closer to Heaven’ role as Billie Trix, will run at the Leicester Square Theatre from Tuesday, September 3rd to Saturday, September 7th. “Battleship Potemkin” with music by Pet Shop Boys opens in selected cinemas in the UK and Ireland for the first time today. To mark the centenary of Sergei Eisenstein’s legendary silent film, “Battleship Potemkin”, a restored version made by Deutsche Kinemathek, featuring the celebrated score by Tennant and Lowe of Pet Shop Boys, will be released for the first time in cinemas and on a two-disc Blu-ray and CD package by the BFI.
