Helsinki venue change

Pet Shop Boys’ In The Park show on 2^nd August will now be held at Helsinki Ice Hall. All previously purchased tickets remain valid.

From the promoter: “An outdoors concert doesn’t allow the audience to fully enjoy the amazing film projections, art installations, lighting and extraordinary laser design effects of Pet Shop Boys’ show. With this in mind, we made the decision to move the show indoors, allowing the audience to get the full experience from this amazing performance.”

Se a vida é

Pet Shop Boys’ “Se a vida é (That’s the way life is)” was released as a single on this day 30 years ago. A video for the song was filmed at the Wet ‘n’ Wild theme park in Orlando, Florida, directed by photographer and filmmaker Bruce Weber who also made the videos for “Being boring” and “I get along”.
