Tickets go on sale today for the Late Night Prom at the Royal Albert Hall in London on July 23rd. As previously announced, the concert, part of the BBC Proms season, will feature the premiere of “A Man From The Future”, Pet Shop Boys’ musical tribute to computer pioneer and code-breaker Alan Turing, performed by Pet Shop Boys, the BBC Concert Orchestra conducted by Dominic Wheeler and the BBC Singers with a guest narrator. Also in the concert will be four PSB songs arranged by Angelo Badalamenti and sung by a guest vocalist, and the live premiere of Richard Niles’ 1991 “Overture to Performance”.
