Tickets are now on sale from the link below for the first run of performances of “The Most Incredible Thing”, a new ballet choreographed by Javier De Frutos to original music by Tennant/Lowe with orchestrations by Sven Helbig. The performances are at Sadler’s Wells, London, from Thursday, March 17th to Saturday, March 26th, 2011 (previews March 17th-21st).
Tickets are priced between £10 and £40.
Go to the Video link to see a short piece about the creation of the ballet and hear some demo music.
A double-CD of the music, produced by Pet Shop Boys and Sven Helbig, is planned for release by Parlophone in March to coincide with this run of performances. It can now be pre-ordered from Amazon.
A national and international tour of the ballet is currently being planned for late 2011/early 2012.
Our old friend Cicero cropped up on the TV show “Never Mind The Buzzcocks” last week. Then Pop Justice alerted the pop world to his wonderful song that should have been a hit, “Live For Today”, from the soundtrack to the film, “The Crying Game”. Click on the links below to rediscover this underrated song and also the cheeky video for “Love Is Everywhere”. Both tracks were produced by us in the early 90s.
