Visionaire is a limited-edition American magazine which has a totally different format every issue. Visionaire 53 — SOUND will consist of five 12-inch vinyl records, imprinted with images (picture discs), containing approximately 100 minutes of sound content featuring audio experiments, unreleased songs, samples, and spoken word pieces. It includes an exclusive one-minute song by Pet Shop Boys entitled “Transfer”. Other contributors include U2, Michael Stipe, Miss Kittin, Antony & the Johnsons, Thurston Moore & Kim Gordon (Sonic Youth), Malcolm McLaren, Ryuichi Sakamoto, David Sylvian as well as an array of artists and fashion designers. Pet Shop Boys have worked with Visionaire before. In 2002 the Visionaire team created the artwork for the Pet Shop Boys album Release.
Tickets for the first three “It’s a sin” dance shows to be held in 2027 in Manchester, Edinburgh and Cardiff are on sale now at the link below. The show, developed by Rambert and executive-produced by PSB and Russell T Davies, will also be visiting Luxembourg, Liverpool, Birmingham, Plymouth, Southampton, Norwich, Newcastle, Truro, Glasgow and Sheffield throughout 2027. Information on tickets for these dates will be released in due course.
