Tonight, Monday, June 4th, Pet Shop Boys will be playing an exclusive live show for BBC Radio 2 to mark the re-opening of the historic BBC Radio Theatre in Broadcasting House, London. The invitation-only audience for this concert will be made up of Radio 2 competition winners and visitors to this site (see May 30th item). The show will be broadcast on BBC Radio 2 on June 9th at 8 pm. Following the concert, Chris and Neil will be interviewed by Mark Radcliffe on his Radio 2 show starting at 8 pm and a song played from the concert. On Wednesday, June 6th, Pet Shop Boys will return to the Hammersmith Apollo for the second of their concerts there. Pet Shop Boys will also play concerts this week in Nottingham (Tuesday), Swindon (Thursday) and Ireland (Saturday). Full details for these concerts can be found in the TOUR section.
