Pet Shop Boys began their European tour on Friday night in Bergen, Norway, and last night performed in Oslo. During the next two months they will also play concerts in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, France, England, Denmark and Sweden. “Battleship Potemkin” with music by Pet Shop Boys opens in selected cinemas in the UK and Ireland for the first time today. To mark the centenary of Sergei Eisenstein’s legendary silent film, “Battleship Potemkin”, a restored version made by Deutsche Kinemathek, featuring the celebrated score by Tennant and Lowe of Pet Shop Boys, will be released for the first time in cinemas and on a two-disc Blu-ray and CD package by the BFI.
