Pet Shop Boys are confirmed as one of the headlining acts at this years Festival Internacional de Benicàssim which takes place from August 5 to August 8, alongside artists such as Air, Kraftwerk and Brian Wilson.
The Benicassim Festival takes place near Valencia in Spain and Pet Shop Boys will be performing on Friday, August 6.
Pet Shop Boys’ debut album “Please”, featuring the hit singles “West End girls” , “Love comes quickly”, “Opportunities (Let’s make lots of money)” and “Suburbia”, was released on this day 40 years ago.
Neil and Chris chose the album title so people could go into a record shop and say “Can I have the Pet Shop Boys album, please?”
