Pet Shop Boys have just returned from Oslo, Norway, where they were doing press, TV and radio interviews to promote the “PopArt” album. Last night they were interviewed on Norway’s most popular chat show, “Forst & sist”, alongside Booker Prize-winning author, DBC Pierre (“Vernon God Little”).
They also had a drink with the up-and-coming Norwegian singer-songwriter, Sondre Lerche, and a quick chat with the British boyband, Blue, who were in the same TV studio.
UPDATE (9.3.04): Following this visit, “PopArt” re-entered the Norwegian album chart at number 5.
Pet Shop Boys enjoyed a beautiful start to their summer tour with festival shows in Seville, Lisbon and Madrid over the past week. After a short break, the “Dreamworld” tour is set to continue in Spain, Italy, Wales, Belgium and Sweden, before finishing in England at the end of August. All details at the link below.
