Pet Shop Boys’ “Discography” is reissued on vinyl for the first time since its original release in 1991. The limited edition transparent blue vinyl has 2023 remastered audio and is out now at the link below.
“Discography” features all PSB singles released from 1985 to 1991, including four Number 1s and a further 14 Top 20 hits.
Produced by Pet Shop Boys in 2008, the Gui Boratto mix of Sam Taylor-Wood’s “I’m In Love With A German Film Star” is part of the new “Kompakt 500” compilation, which is released today.
Pet Shop Boys will be headlining one of the stages at the Way Out West Festival in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a “Dreamworld” show on Saturday, August 9th 2025.
The Boys kick off a brief summer tour in Jerusalem.
They bring their Release Tour to Dallas, Texas.
They work at Metropolis Studio, remastering the Battleship Potemkin album. Afterwards they attend the ballet to see Swan Lake.
They perform at the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Denmark. Chris is especially pleased to note that his grandfather had played at the same venue nearly a half-century before with his own band The Nitwits.

We are very sad to hear that Alan Yentob has died. Alan was a legend in British TV, responsible for some of the BBC’s finest programmes including the documentary series, “Arena” and “Imagine”. We were lucky enough to be the subject of one of his “Imagine” documentaries broadcast last year. He was a stimulating person to spend time with and a great supporter of all artistic endeavours. We visited the John Rylands Library in Manchester yesterday and saw the fascinating “Secret Public” exhibition which examines “the profound influence of LGBTQ performers, artists and activists on mainstream pop culture” and includes Neil’s original manuscripts of the lyrics for “West End girls” and “It’s a sin”.
